JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education:
Highschool diploma Minimum Work
Experience:
2 years related Service Desk/Customer service work experience preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Proficient in office software applications (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Primary duties will include assisting the director in managing the employee cell phone service program, including maintain accurate inventories, as well as ensuring monthly costs and hardware purchases are accurately accounted for department and payroll deductions.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly related to employee phone program or as assigned by Director.
Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain employee records and databases.
Will act as liaison for employees assistance with phone plan needs.
Perform general office administrative duties as assigned by Director.
MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS Handles Multiple Priorities.
Independent discretion/decision making.
Makes decisions under pressure.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
