The Caregiver/Community Relations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and developing caregivers for Senior Helpers within the franchise territory.
This will include all caregiver development, recognition programs, and discipline.
This is an hourly position.
This is an hourly position for 30
hours a week.
Open availability between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday with occasional weekend availability.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 150 mile radius of Idaho Falls, ID.
Primary Responsibilities- (including, but not limited to):
Provide caregiving as needed and directed by the Scheduler to fill open shifts or respond to emergencies.
Mentor Caregivers through training and coaching as directed by the Caregiver Coordinator.
On board caregivers in conjunction with the Caregiver Coordinator as requested.
Ensure that orientation sessions are comprehensive and conducted for all hires.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS At least 2 years of professional Caregiving experience.
Professional experience in customer service Proficient in Microsoft office products and CRM systems.
Familiar with a variety of client care concepts, practices and procedures related to the services provided by Senior Helpers including providing personal care.
Must be able to work with both Male and Female Clients.
Team player, excellent verbal and communications skills, able to multitask and work independently.
