3K a year 13 days ago 13 days ago 13 days ago This position entails handling all duties associated with the back office including but not limited to greeting patients with a smile and making them feel welcome, escorting patient to room, triaging chief complaint, taking vitals, entering data into EMR, assisting doctor while in room, setting up for and assisting with minor procedures.
Cleaning rooms, sterilizing tools, restocking and ordering supplies, appointment scheduling, updating patient information, communicating with other physician offices, cross train with front office assistant and anything else asked of you.
You do NOT have to be certified.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and some Fridays, variable hours, working the same time and days as the doctor (ranging between 25-30 hours a week).
Some travel required.
