Grow business through current and new customers.
Duties and Responsibilities Essential Prospect, develop, and secure new customer business.
Priority responsibility for the development of profitable lubricants, commercial fuels, cardlock fuels, and petroleum equipment new business within the commercial segment.
Develop and maintain relationships with strategic prospects and accounts.
Priority focus on growth with optimized overall account profitability.
Work closely with management to collaboratively assist in the achievement of Senergys overall growth & profitability goals.
Document and maintain accurate and timely CRM sales report data.
Develop and maintain sales projections and other key performance measurement indicators as directed by management.
Develop a working knowledge of Senergys products & services offerings, sales polices, processes, systems, and practices, as well as other related company information systems.
Attend sales meetings, as well as sales training, continuing education, and other related events and functions.
Represent and promote Senergy in a professional, dignified, and ethical manner.
Duties & responsibilities may be modified as directed by management.
Additional Complete operational tasks as needed to meet customer demands including inventory checks, pull orders, repair or replace equipment, etc.
Deliver product to customer as needed.
Install lubrication and fuel equipment as needed at customer locations.
Assist in inventory management to ensure customer orders can be met.
Supervision of Others None Work Environment Occasional work is performed in an office setting.
Frequently outside sales environments.
Frequent work in or driving vehicle.
Frequent visits to customer sites of various work environments.
Frequent work around equipment, machinery, and vehicles.
Occasional work in dusty, wet, dirty environments and exposure to fuel and fuel fumes.
Occasional work in hot or cold environments.
Physical Demands Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
Able to move freely around work and customer sites.
Able to climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Able to walk/climb various terrains.
Able to move about office setting to complete responsibilities.
Frequent use of phone, computer, and office equipment.
Travel Local area continuously.
Outside of local area less than 25% Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Three or more years experience in outside sales in business to business environment or a related field in an associated industry.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Able to develop and close sales processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
Strong business acumen.
Adheres to the companys values and ethical expectations.
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Bachelors degree in an applicable field.
Sales or operations experience in lubricant and fuel industry.
Experience using CRM solutions.
Knowledge of businesses in work area.
Experience in Marketing in business to consumer arena.
