The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Basic duties include:
Greet clients Answer the phone Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings Open, stamp, sort, and distribute incoming mail, fax or email communications.
Word procsessing, digital dictation Assist with other projects as assigned Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Experience as a legal assistant or Administrative Assistant preferred Ability to maintain an organized filing system Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner Experience with multi-line phone systems, fax machines, and scanners Strong attention to detail, organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in a legal setting and legal terminology Other Info:
