Front Office Receptionist

Part-time position available.
Provide courteous, professional, and accurate service to patients and medical providers at the front desk in the clinic.
Greeting and registering patients. Answering telephones, routing calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments for physician schedules. Creating patient charts. Accurate and detailed inputting of patient information into the computer system. Taking payments, delivering office mail, managing reports, and other general office duties as assigned. Must be willing to travel to all clinic locations and work some weekends.
Previous related experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office.
High School Diploma. Post Secondary Education preferred. BLS (Basic Life Support) current.
Must be detail oriented and enjoy working in fast-paced working environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
